Ingredients:
0,5 cup extra strong and cold coffee
1 cup of light cream
6 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 egg yolks
4 tablespoon whipped cream
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks with granulated sugar till frothy.
2. Whip combine coffee with light cream till smooth.
3. Mix coffee and sugar mixtures, then pour into ice cube tray or other freezer container. Chill till thickened to sherbet consistency.
