Kir Royal

Preparation:

  • Pour 2-4 tsp (10-20 ml) Crème de Cassis into a champagne flute and fill the glass with a well-chillled Champagne Brut or Brut Nature.
  • Tip: A Crème de Cassis with a volume percentage of 20 contains twice as much fruit as one with a volume percentage of 16, but only an eight more sugar.
  • It is therefore considerably fruitier  and can be used much more economically.
