1 Tbs red wine vinegar
       3 Tbs oil
       Salt, pepper
       According to taste:
       1 tsp Dijon mustard  and / or
       1Tbs finely chopped herbs.


  • Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Tip: The classic quantities for a vinaigrette are 3 parts of oil to one part of vinegar. 
  • Apart from the addition of optional ingredients such as mustard or herbs, the taste may also vary according to the type of oil and vinegar used.
