3 tsp sugar
1 cup (200 ml) Scotch whisky
- Prewarm a tumbler with warm water. Place the sugar in the glass and pour in 1 cup (200 ml) boiling water.
- When the sugar has dissolved, add the whisky and stir well. To flavor put a few cloves into the glass.
- When drunk hot, a Toddy is a good remedy for colds.
