4 apples (Granny Smith)
1½ Tbs (20 g) butter
½ cup (100 g) sugar
- Prepare the short pastry from the flour, cold butter and sugar in a proportion of 3:2:1 and 1 or 2 eggs and a pinch of salt.
- Wrap the pastry in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
